Zack Snyder revealed a never-before-seen Justice League photo featuring Jason Momoa’s Aquaman with a fan.
Snyder released this latest image to The NiceCast, and it follows a series of social media posts the director has made in the past week showing scenes from his version of Justice League. Last week saw Snyder release a new image of Barry Allen with his girlfriend Iris West, played by Kiersey Clemons and deleted entirely from the theatrical cut. Snyder would then follow up with an image of a time-traveling Flash from the movie’s original ending, along with a post featuring Cyborg in STAR Labs preparing to defend his father from Steppenwolf.
With the two-year anniversary of the theatrical debut of Justice League rapidly approaching, the ongoing social media teases by Snyder and the movie’s cast and crew show no signs of stopping. Meanwhile, there has also been an unmistakable deluge in mainstream interest for the Snyder Cut to be released. Where the current wave of attention for Snyder’s version of Justice League will ultimately land is open to speculation, but at this point, there’s clearly nowhere for it to go but up.
Jason Momoa is set to reprise his role as Aquaman in the character’s second standalone film. David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick is working on the script for Aquaman 2 and James Wan is expected to return to the director’s chair.
