A new fan trailer for Deadpool 3 finally puts the Merc with a Mouth on the same team as Spider-Man.
Spider-Man movies are moving in opposite directions, with Sony and Marvel dropping their deal to share the character. That didn’t stop Billy Crammer on YouTube from imagining what it might be like to see Deadpool and Spider-Man team up on the big screen, as they have many times in comics. He created a fan trailer for such a team-up using recut footage from the Deadpool movies and Spider-Man’s Marvel Cinematic Universe appearances. You can watch the trailer below.
Aptly titled Deadpool 3: With Spider-Man sees Spider-Man, Deadpool and even Nick Fury confronting an unknown threat against the planet. Beautifully edited, the trailer utilizes footage from all three Spider-Man franchises, as well as the two Deadpool movies, seamlessly moving back and forth between all of them.
Of course, with Sony pulling Spider-Man out of the MCU for the foreseeable future, a team-up like this is highly doubtful. Regardless, even if a deal was reached, it is unlikely the House of Mouse would allow the foul-mouthed anti-hero to partner with the family-friendly Wall-Crawler.
