David Ayer shares a make-up test for Jared Leto’s Joker for Suicide Squad.
Ayer still continuously shares snaps from the production of Suicide Squad, particularly behind-the-scenes images of Leto’s Joker. In his latest Instagram Story (via /bewarey), the filmmaker revealed arguably the creepiest image of the character yet. Check out the photo below:
This could be one of the last official looks we get of Leto’s Joker, as the actor will not appear in the DC Extended Universe’s Birds of Prey or The Suicide Squad. Both of those films will feature characters from Ayer’s film, but the Joker will not be one of them. He also missed out on the Joker origin movie, with the titular role going to Joaquin Phoenix.
