Will Poulter will reportedly no longer be starring in Amazon’s upcoming Lord of the Rings series.
Details for Poulter’s character were not been revealed, though he was meant to play a leading role. According to The Hollywood Reporter, he left the project due to scheduling conflicts.
Amazon is now searching for a replacement for Poulter. Allegedly, he never closed a deal for his part, so his casting wasn’t officially confirmed.
The cast still includes Ema Horvath, Joseph Mawle and Markella Kavenagh. Mawle will be the show’s primary villain, but otherwise, information about their roles is being kept under wraps.
