The Addams get animated in the first trailer for Annapurna Pictures’ animated feature The Addams Family.
Boasting an all-star voice cast that includes Oscar Isaac, Charlize Theron, Chloe Grace Moretz and Finn Wolfhard, the footage features the kind of humor we’ve come to expect from the creepy and kooky Addams Family, which the trailer positions as not exactly the average American family.
After years of being stuck in development as a stop-motion feature with Tim Burton at the helm, the Vernon-helmed Addams Family started production in October 2017, and has been moving down the pipeline steadily ever since. Now, ahead of the film’s release this October, MGM is getting its marketing campaign fully up and running.
