In the wake of “Outer Range,” Amazon Prime Video is once again exploring mysterious sci-fi with “Night Sky,” a brand new original series starring Sissy Spacek and J.K. Simmons.

The series “follows Franklin and Irene York, a couple who years ago discovered a chamber buried in their backyard which inexplicably leads to a strange, deserted planet.”
Holden Miller and Daniel C. Connolly created the series for Amazon and Legendary.
Chai Hansen, Adam Bartley, Julieta Zylberberg, Rocío Hernández, Kiah McKirnan, Beth Lacke, Stephen Louis Grush, and Cass Buggé star alongside Spacek and Simmons.
