Marvel’s Disney+ series She-Hulk is reportedly set to start filming this summer, despite not yet having a star.
Per Comicbook.com, She-Hulk is expected to begin production in July. Much like several other Marvel projects, it will film in Atlanta. No actors are currently attached to the project, but it was previously reported that Jessica Gao (Rick and Morty) will serve as head writer. Based on the time frame of the show’s production start date, casting for the series will likely be announced within the next few months.
Many fans have named Stephanie Beatriz as a great casting choice for the role of She-Hulk. Beatriz portrays Rosa Diaz on the popular NBC series Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
Created by Stan Lee and John Buscema, Jennifer Walters, aka She-Hulk, is Bruce Banner’s cousin in the comics and first appeared in 1980’s Savage She-Hulk #1.
Other Marvel series reported to begin production for Disney+ soon include Ms. Marvel and Moon Knight. Neither series has an official release date or casting information, currently.
Marvel’s She-Hulk will stream exclusively on Disney+. Information on the release date is not available at this time. However, Disney+ is available now in the United States.
