The recently released season 8 trailer had set HBO’s all-time record of over 81 million views in 24 hours. Being the final season of this series, fans are expecting this season to be epic in the most satisfying fashion (despite being only 6 episodes long). It is a bit of a shocker that the first 2 episodes will each be less than an hour in length with the remaining 4 episodes being around the 80+ minutes marker.
With under 30 days left until season 8 air, the titles of each episode have not been revealed as of yet. However, based on the runtimes, fans are expecting the longest battle in cinematic history to take place in episode 3.
Season 8 is scheduled to air on Sunday April 14.
