At today’s Walt Disney Company’s Investor Day presentation, Disney revealed a ton of details about the upcoming Disney+ streaming service, including the official logo and release date for the new Star Wars television series The Mandalorian.
As part of their showcase for the new Disney+ platform, Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy revealed The Mandalorian will be available at launch of the service. They also unveiled the official logo for Star Wars: The Mandalorian. You can view the logo for the brand new Star Wars series in the image below:
Kennedy also revealed that the original digital versions of both Star Warstrilogies will hit Disney+ along with the prequels on the day of launch. The Last Jedi and Solo will not arrive until a later date.
With Star Wars Celebration this weekend, a trailer for The Mandalorian is expected to be released within the next few days.
The Mandalorian will hit Disney+ with its first episode on Nov. 12. The monthly subscription will cost $6.99 with a yearly price of $69.99.
