The Simpsons will be airing their first-ever Thanksgiving of Horror special this Sunday.
According to a new teaser from Fox Animation’s official YouTube channel, this year will mark the first time The Simpsons will take their successful Treehouse of Horror formula and apply it to a Thanksgiving episode. The aptly-titled Thanksgiving of Horror episode will air Sunday, November 24, and, as the teaser makes abundantly clear, there’s going to be a lot of turkey-related humor on display. Premiering Sunday, November 24 at 8 p.m. ET/PT, the Simpson family faces various Thanksgiving nightmares, including the first Thanksgiving, an A.I. mishap, and a dangerous space missions complicated by a sentient cranberry sauce.
