DC Universe has released the first full trailer for the upcoming second season of Titans offering fans a new look at Superboy, Krypto, and Deathstroke.
With the Season 2 of Titans premiering in just over a week, DC Universe has dropped a new trailer for the superhero team series’ second season, filling in some blanks left by the initial teaser while simultaneously presenting fans with fresh mysteries. The new trailer also teases another glimpse at Esai Morales in his New 52-inspired Deathstroke costume.
The season appears to be taking a number of cues from the Marv Wolfman and George Perez’s classic Teen Titans story “The Judas Contract,” which not only set Deathstroke up as the team’s main nemesis but also introduced Jericho as a member of the Titans and set Grayson on the road to forge his own superhero identity as Nightwing, away from Batman’s shadow.

In season two, following the aftermath of their encounter with Trigon, Dick reforms the Titans. Under his supervision in their new home at Titans Tower, Rachel, Gar and Jason Todd (new series regular CURRAN WALTERS) train together to hone their hero abilities and work together as a team. They are joined by Hank Hall and Dawn Granger aka Hawk and Dove (new series regulars ALAN RITCHSON and MINKA KELLY) and Donna Troy aka Wonder Girl (new series regular CONOR LESLIE). Although these original Titans attempt to transition into a regular life, when old enemies resurface everyone must come together to take care of unfinished business. And as this family of old and new Titans – including Conner Kent (new series regular JOSHUA ORPIN) and Rose Wilson (new series regular CHELSEA ZHANG) – learn to co-exist, the arrival of Deathstroke (new series regular ESAI MORALES) brings to light the sins of the old Titans which threaten to tear this new Titans family apart once more.
Now streaming on DC Universe, Titans stars Brenton Thwaites as Dick Grayson, Anna Diop as Kory Anders, Teagan Croft as Rachel Roth and Ryan Potter as Garfield Logan, with Rachel Nichols as Angela, Seamus Dever as Trigon, Minka Kelly as Dawn Granger, Alan Ritchson as Hank Hall, Curran Walters as Jason Todd and Joshua Orpin as Superboy. Season 2 arrives Sept. 6.
