Marvel Studios announces the premiere window for WandaVision, its Disney+ series starring Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision (Paul Bettany).

During its Hall H presentation this evening, which saw Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige brought out stars Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany, who play Scarlet Witch and Vision, respectively, as well as a new series cast member. Teyonah Parris, who joins the series as a grown-up Monica Rambeau. Along with bringing the cast out on stage, Feige offered up some teases about the series, including that the series will lead directly in the Doctor Strange sequel, Dr. Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

Later in the Marvel Studios panel, it was revealed that, rather than go the prequel route that some fans had expected, the WandaVision Disney+ series will indeed be set after Avengers: Endgame. Considering Vision was still very much dead after Endgame concluded, that leaves an obvious hurdle for the series to jump. Thankfully, Marvel already seems to have their path to doing that in place, with the announcement that Doctor Strange 2 will both deal with the multiverse and include Olsen as Scarlet Witch.

An official release date has yet to be unveiled but Marvel Studios did confirm it will hit Disney+ sometime in Spring 2021.
